The Expert Lead Discussion Tables are a very popular format at FIAT/IFTA conferences. Scheduled for the first time at the FIAT/IFTA World Conference in 2016, they bring together small groups of conference participants for an intense, 45 minute discussion about particular topics of contemporary media archiving.
Moderation is in the hands of a well established expert in the subject. Each discussion is done twice, allowing participants to pick 2 out of 8 subjects discussed.
