In 2017, the service of Data and Archives of the RTS Radio Télévision Suisse, in Geneva and Lausanne, went through a radical transformation of its own governance through the adoption of the Holacracy organizational model, mostly based on self-organization and distributed decision power (versus a more traditional hierarchical model).
